This is a unique web link for your business. You can copy and paste this link onto your website, social media, or email newsletter. When local charities click it, they will be taken directly to your donation request form where they can choose items and submit request slips to you.

Our system will automatically read the email, pull out the organization info and the items they are requesting, and place the request right in your pending queue for you to review.

The total amount of money your business plans to donate to charity over the year. Setting this baseline helps you track how much money you have approved so far and ensures you do not accidentally pledge more than you planned.
The total dollar value of all the donation requests you have already approved this year. This is calculated automatically based on the items you approve from charity requests, helping you see where your funds are going.
How much of your annual giving budget is still available. It is calculated by subtracting your approved donations from your total annual budget, showing you exactly how much more you can afford to give.

This is your inbox for incoming donation requests. When a charity submits a request or you forward an email, it shows up here. • How to action: Click on any request to view its details, items, tax ID, and choose to either Approve or Decline it. • If you approve: The request status changes to "Approved," the value is deducted from your Remaining Budget, and the nonprofit is emailed a secure link to schedule their pickup time. • If you decline: The request is marked as "Declined" without affecting your budget, and the nonprofit receives a polite email notification explaining the reason you selected.

Charities will select from these items when they fill out your request form. You can assign fixed values to items or allow custom pricing for flexible requests.
Use this to set the specific days of the week or calendar dates (and times) when your store or office is open for charities to pick up their approved items. Approved charities will only be allowed to choose from these times, so your staff won't be caught by surprise.
Here you can upload your business's logos, branding files, or partner banners. When a charity's donation is approved, they will receive a link to download these materials so they can easily promote your business and show the community that you are sponsoring them.
